Starter motors

The starter motor of a Triumph Spitfire MKI, Triumph Spitfire MKII, Triumph Spitfire MKIII, Triumph Spitfire 4, Triumph Spitfire 1500 is an electric motor which makes the engine start. This electric motor is powered by the car battery. The starter motor is disconnected again as soon as the engine is running.
